Electropolishing
Electropolishing removes microscopic peaks and valleys which are having bacteria. A high quality electropolished stainless steel surface is microscopically featureless-eliminating millions of microprojections and depression sites where bacteria can hide from your sterilisation& filtration process. Much finer and brighter in its effects than mechanical polishing, electropolishing removes metal by the principle of electro chemistry. The surface is energized within an electrolytic solution to act as an anode.

The manufacturing facility in Poman at Bhiwandi–Kaman road, Vasai east,Thane dist. which is located very close to Mumbai AhmadabadHighway 30 kms from Mumbai.The plot size of this manufacturing facility spread over an area of 9000 Sq.Mt. The facility is equipped with state of art equipment and machinery to handle all type of stainless steel fabrications which includes hygiene storage tanks, purified water / water for injection skids, process tanks, CIP skids and other pharmaceuticals / personal care / food & beverages machinery to be added in the range.
