• Co-ordinating with works and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Regular quality checks with respect to raw material as per the Q.A. plan.
• Ensuring timely deliveries at site.
• Co-ordination for smooth execution at site.
• Manufacturing of storage vessels; manufacturing vessels, piping components, accessories for tanks, pendants.
• Use of TIG welding machines.
• In-house qualified welders.
• Quality checks at every point.
• Mainly fabrication using SS304/SS316/SS316l materials.
• Team of site engineers, qualified welders & fitters.
• Using automatic closed head orbital welding machines, pipe cutters & other associated accessories.
• Engineers are well conversant with safety guidelines and guidelines of ISPE / ASMEBPE for site fabrication / installation.
• To ensure required quantity & quality is maintained at outlet of each equipment.
• Elaborate documentation provided for qualification of plant.
• Documentation including DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ.
• Detailed drawings (single, line & as built provided).
